Senior Vice President
Matt Hughes is the Senior Vice President of Research & Polling, Inc. Matt has over 20 years of research experience and is responsible for all phases of project design and management, including drafting questionnaires, data analysis, writing and editing reports, and working with the data processing department on projects requiring special statistical analysis.
Matt has designed studies on a wide variety of topics, specializing in public policy and community perception surveys, environmental/land use issues, health care, drug policy reform, end of life choices, and the death penalty, among many others. Matt also has worked closely over the years with major corporations and government entities such as Intel Corporation, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sandia National Laboratories, and various cities and counties in conducting community perception/satisfaction studies, needs assessments, and branding studies. Matt currently serves on the Institutional Review Board for Central New Mexico Community College.
Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Humboldt State University in California and attended graduate school at New Mexico State University.
